Client Spotlight

The global fast-food chain has embarked upon an aggressive growth strategy with the goal of providing more customers with better service, more often and a more personal experience. They are undertaking significant data and analytics transformations to keep up with technology changes and business demands. We built an AI program using MVPs in 120 stores. It looked at data per store per protein type per day and per day. To create models that could predict demand by looking at external variables such as weather patterns, holidays, and traffic patterns. They were able to reduce the scope, time, and effort required to focus on data that was valuable to their company by investing in only 15-20% of critical data elements. To generate forecasting models, they used AI and ML to process over 100 billion rows of data. This allowed them to get real-time insight and speed up service to the business.
